ProTrack - Helpdesk Management

ProTrack is a microsoft based helpdesk management solution, with integrated workflow and email messaging. Users log their requests in ProTrack, which are then automatically sent to the right support person. The status of the call is visible to the end user. Support staff can transfer or sub allocate the call and send additional queries to the users through the system. If calls are not completed within the time limits, there are 2 levels of escalation built in. The software has timesheet capabilities and tracks the holidays and leave status of staff. Drill down reports allow proactive management.
